Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at bismahashmi151@gmail.com before sending the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Certain items, including sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, perishable goods, and personal care items, are non-returnable. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
